摘  要:目的 :为了研究吸烟对健康人体的危害。方法 :采用观测人体甲襞微循环的方法 ,检测了急、慢性吸烟对微循环的影响。结果 :吸烟组受试者的甲襞微循环的管袢形态、血液流态、管周状态和总积分值均有异常改变 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0.01)。结论 :提示吸烟可造成组织缺氧、血粘度增高 。Objective: For researching the harm of smoking to human's health.Methods: The effect of smoking on microcirculation was analyzed by observing the microcirculation of nailfold.Results:The results showed that the nailfold microcirculation of smoking group have obvious changes in the shape of vascular loop,the velocity of blood flow, the state of around vessel, and the total integral value.There is significant difference between the smoking group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The observation showed smoking could cause lacking oxygen in organization and increasing of the blood viscosity, and lead to obvious obstruction in the nailfold microcirculation.
