摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年糖尿病患者心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:应用症状自评量表 (SCL -90)等问卷方式 ,对112例老年糖尿病患者及109例老年健康对照者进行测试。结果:糖尿病组SCL -90总分及各因子分均明显高于对照组 ,影响老年糖尿病患者心理健康状况的主要因素为婚姻状况、A型行为、负性生活事件及性别。Objective: To study the psychological health status of elder diabetes mellitus (DM) patients and their influence factors.Methods:One hundred twelve elder diabetes mellitus patients and 109 elder healthy controls were investigated by Symptom Cheek-List-90(SCL-90)questionnaire. Results: SCL-90 total scores and 10 factor scores were statistically higher in DM group than control group. The main factors which affected psychological healthy status of elder DM patients were married situation,type A behavior, nagetive life events and sex. Conclusion: There were evident psychological healthy problems in elder DM patients.
