中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病34例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨西医常规治疗配合中药益肾汤对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将54例患者分为中西医结合组(治疗组)34例和西药常规治疗组(对照组)20例,观察治疗前后症状和尿蛋白、肾功能等变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,2组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上,配合中药治疗糖尿病肾病是一种行之有效的方法。Objeclive:To explore the curative effect of routine Western medicine associated with Yishen Tang (YT)for diabetic nephrosis (DN).Methods: 54 cases of DN were allocated to TCM combined with WM group (34 cases) and routine WM group (20 cases ) as control. Symptoms, urinary protein and renal function were observed before and after the treatment. Results: that the total effective rate was 88.2% and 70.0% respectively in TCM-WM group and control groups ,the difference being very significant (P < 0.01). It is indicated that routine WM therapy associated with Chinese herbal drugs is an effective measure for the treatment of DN.
