自血混合丙种球蛋白穴注治疗哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自血混合丙种球蛋白穴注治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法:收集哮喘病人121例,随机分为自血混合丙球穴注组、自血穴注组、丙球穴注组、西药组等4组;治疗前后检测各组皮质醇、IgE、EOS(嗜酸粒细胞)。结果:自血混合丙球穴注组临床控制率、显效率均高于其他3组;皮质醇、IgE、EOS也显著的变化。结论:自血混合丙球穴注治疗哮喘是疗效较好的疗法之一。Objective:To explore the curative effect of acupoint injection of autoblood mixed with gamma globulin (GG) for asthma. Methods:121 cases of asthma were allocated randomly to 4 groups: Group A (treated by acupoint injection of autoblood mixed GG), Group B(by acupoint injection of autoblood),Group C (by acupoint injection of GG) and Group D (by western medicine). Cortisol,IgE and EOS were detected before and after treatment. Results:The clinically control rate of Group A is higher than that of other three groups,and cortisol,IgE and EOS also were changed markedly.Conclusion:The acupoint injection of autoblood mixed with GG is one of the effective remedy for asthma.
