摘  要:为了解萘胺类化合物 CRL缓解家蚕氟中毒的机理 ,研究了 CRL对氟中毒蚕血淋巴中氧自由基 (O·2 )水平的影响 .家蚕幼虫添食 Na F溶液后 ,幼虫血淋巴中 O·2 的含量明显增高 ,说明家蚕的氟中毒与蚕体内的 O·2 水平有关 .氟中毒的家蚕幼虫经 CRL处理后 ,血淋巴中的 O·2 的含量有所下降 ,经 CRL和增效剂协同处理后 O·2 的含量大幅度下降 ,甚至接近正常蚕 (对照区 )的水平 ,由此说明In order to understand the mechanism of the detoxication of the fluoride poisoned silkworm by CRL, a naphthylamine compound, the effect of CRL on superoxide ion (O · 2) level in the hemolymph of the fluoride poisoned silkworm was studied. After feeding with NaF solution, the superoxide ion level increased obviously. It was indicated that the silkworm poisoning was related to superoxide ion level. After the treatment with CRL, the superoxide ion level in the hemolymph of the fluoride poisoned silkworm decreased. After the treatment with CRL and the synergist, the superoxide ion level decreased tremendously, and it was even close to the level of the control. Therefore the detoxication effect of CRL would be enhanced with the association of the synergist.
