猪囊尾蚴细胞疫苗的区域试验研究

摘　　要：对在吉林生物制品厂GMP车间生产的猪囊尾蚴细胞灭活油乳剂疫苗进行全国南、北重疫区、大范围的区域性免疫试验,以检验疫苗的安全性和免疫效力;在内蒙兴安盟科右前旗和四川阿坝州茂县选定实验点,对 10～ 16龄仔猪进行编号,各地分别设定实验猪 10 0 0 0头,对照猪 30 0 0～ 6 0 0 0头。给实验猪首免后,间隔 2 1d或 6个月后进行第 2次免疫,抽样采取血样,到老百姓宰年猪时剖检免疫结果;在南方,免疫猪的猪囊尾蚴感染率为 0.0 84 %,处于同一条件下的对照猪感染率为 10.8%,免疫猪的感染率是未免疫猪感染率的 1/12 8.5 7,即 0.78%,免疫猪的保护率为 99.2 2 %;在北方,免疫猪的感染率为 0.2 2 %,对照猪的感染率为 4.1%。免疫猪的感染率是对照猪感染率的 1/18.6 36,即 5.36 %,免疫猪的保护率为 94.6 4 %。南北两地区域试验的平均保护率为 96.18%;猪囊尾蚴细胞灭活油乳剂疫苗使用安全。This study investigates the safety and the immunocompetency of the vaccine of Cysticercus cellulosae Cell Line,which was produced from Jilin Bioproduct Factory's GMP Workshop.The vaccine is used in the northern and southern regions of China where Cysticercosis has been epidemic.We determined an selective experimental region.In the north, the piglets were at 10～16 days of age vaccinated first,and in the south, the piglets were at 55～65 days of age and after two weeks, the formers vaccinated second,and the latters were at 4～6 months of age.In the two experimental regions,the immune experiment and the control piglets were 10 353,3 000 and 10 002,6 000 respectively.The piglets were marked and registered.In the south,the immune swine infection rate by Cysticercus cellulosae is 0.084%,but that of control groups is 10.8%.That is to say,the infection rate of immunized swine compared with the control is 1/128.57,namely 0.78%;thus the protection rate of immunized swine is 99.22%.In the north,immune swine infected rate by Cysticercus cellulosae is 0.22%,and that of the controls is 4.1%.The infected rate of immunized swine compared with the controls is 1/18.636,or 5.36%.Thus the protection rate of immune swine is 94.64%.The average protection rate of combined southern and northern regions is 96.18%.We conclude that the Inactivity Oil emulsion Vaccine of Cysticercus cellulosae Cell Line is a safe and highly protective vaccine.
