摘  要:研究了真胃灌注不同水平熟玉米面 (淀粉 )对肉牛氮代谢、氨基酸表观消化率及血液相关指数的影响。试验采用 4× 4拉丁方设计 ,4头杂交肉牛按 1 2倍维持能量水平供给羊草 ,在此基础上真胃注熟玉米淀粉量分别为 0 g/d、 30 0g/d、 6 0 0 g/d和 90 0 g/d。结果表明 :灌注熟玉米淀粉量 30 0 g/d、 6 0 0g/d、 90 0 g/d与对照组(0g/d)相比 ,沉积氮均有极显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ,氮的消化率及消化氮转化为沉积氮的效率 (RN/DN)有显著的提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,氨基酸表观消化率以灌注淀粉量为 30 0g/d时为最高 ,且差异显著性各异。血液中总蛋白、尿素氮含量不同处理间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。The experiment detected the effects of varying levels cooked corn starch abomasum infusion on nitrogen metabolism,amino acids apparent digestion and relative blood traits.Four mature steers with permanent abomasum cannulas according to a 4×4 latin square design were fed at 1 2M diet of Chinese wildrye as the basic diet.The cooked corn starch levels of abomasum infusion were 0g/d,300g/d,600g/d and 900g/d,respectively.The results were showed as follows:When the amount of cooked corn starch of abomasum infusion increased,nitrogen retention(RN(g/d)) and the efficiency of digestible nitrogen converted into nitrogen retention(%) risen (P<0 01 and P<0 05),while over all the digestibility of amino acid was the highest when the amount of abomasum infusion was 300g/d.What's more,the marked levels of all amino acids difference were various.The concentration of blood urea N and blood total protein had not significant difference(P>0 05) among different groups.
