摘  要:通过自然变温条件下饲养褐云玛瑙螺 (Achatina fulica Frussac)试验 ,分别用加权平均法和正弦法计算日平均温度 ,经牛顿—马夸法拟合有效积温方程 ,以正弦法略优于加权平均法 ,贝的发育零点和有效积温分别为12 .146 1℃、 2 384.1790日度。通过恒温下卵孵化试验确定卵的发育零点和有效积温分别为 14.0 2 0 4℃、98.46 45日度。全世代发育零点和有效积温分别为 12 .2 5 43℃、 2 482 .6 43 5日度。Giant African snail (Achatina fulica Frussac) was fed under natural condition,the average temperature was calculated by sine wave method and weighted mean method respectively,and effective accumulated temperature (EAT) equation was fitted by nonlinear Niuto\|Marquardt.The results showed that the developmental zero and EAT of shell were 12 1461℃ and 2384 1790 day\|degree respectively and sine wave method was little more suitable than weighted average method. Incubating test under constant temperature condition showed the developmental zero and EAT of its egg were 14 0704℃ and 98 4645 day\|degree respectively, and those of its whole generation were 12 2543℃ and 2482 6435 day\|degree respectively. These results can be used as one of fundamental parameters for risk manage model of giant African snail.
