摘  要:研究了打孔塑料薄膜覆盖育壮蚕 (4~ 5龄 )的部分生理生化变化。发现壮蚕每日用打孔塑料薄膜覆盖2 0h ,并将给桑次数减少为 1日 2回 ,其蚕座内CO2 浓度显著高于不覆盖对照区 ,但仍大大低于能引起蚕产生不良反应的水平。同时 ,超氧化物歧化和过氧化氢酶的活性均未发生明显的不良变化。Some physiological and biochemical changes of grown silkworm(4~5 instar)reared with covering of plastic film were investigated in this paper.When the grown silkworm larvae were reared with covering of bored plastic film for 20 hours daily and the feeding times were reduced to twice one day,it was found that the CO 2 concentration in rearing bed was significantly higher than that of the control,but still quite lower than the level which could cause a bad effect on the larvae.Meanwhile,the activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase were not significantly changed.The results from this experiment suggested that the technique of labor saving rearing of grown silkworm with covering of plastic film is theoretically practicable.
