柞蚕高饲料效率新品种大三元的选育

摘　　要：以柞蚕饲料效率测试方法、评价指标、性状相关及遗传分析等研究成果为基础 ,育成了柞蚕高饲料效率新品种 882 1、882 2及杂交组合大三元 (882 1·882 2×选大 )。试验结果表明 :大三元的茧重转化率和茧层生产率 ,秋养分别比对照高 2 6 8和 0 6 2个百分点 ;产卵量春秋分别比对照高 2 4 92 %和 15 6 5 % ;解舒率增加 6 16 %、解舒丝长增加 2 8 88%、茧丝长增加 17 84% ;种茧育 882 1× 882 2 ,单蛾产茧数比对照增加 2 4 89% ;春季和秋季农村生产放养大三元 ,每把分别比对照增产 15 49%和 30 48%。The high dietary efficiency tussah varieties 8821,8822 and hybrid Da San Yuan(8821·8822×Xuanda) were bred based on the new research achievements of food efficiency test,multi evaluation and quantitative genetic analysis.Results revealed that the rate of cocoon weight transformation and the rate of cocoon shell yield for Da San Yuan were 2.68 and 0.62 percent higher than control in autumn crop,and the amount of laid eggs in spring and autumn crop increased by 24.92% and 15.65% respectively,that the reeling percentage increased by 6.16%,the length of nonbroken cocoon filament increased 28.88%,the total length of cocoon filament increased 17.84%,the cocoon number per moth of 8821×8822 were 24.89% higher than that of the control ,the cocoon yields of Da San Yuan in spring and autumn crop increased by 15.49% and 30.48% respectively.
