摘　　要：东亚地区作为当今世界的第三大市场 ,其应有的地位和作用还没有完全显现出来 ,所以与西欧、北美两大世界市场相比还有一定差距。有鉴于此 ,本文通过论证“1 0 +3”合作框架下东亚经济发展的时代背景、推进态势、障碍因素、开发领域和战略取向 ,进一步展示了该地区经济合作的美好前景 ,确信它将在 2Compared with the Western European market and the North American Market, the Eastern Asia, the third largest market in the world, still has a long way to go since its appropriate position and functions have not been completely displayed. In this article, the authors discuss the present situation, existing barriers, scope of development and strategic orientation in the “10+3” cooperative framework, predict the bright future for the regional economic cooperation, and firmly believe that the region will develop into a world supermarket in the 21st century.
