摘　　要：延边农业和农村经济正面临着农民卖粮难、增产不增收的问题。要解决这些问题 ,发展延边农业和农村经济 ,必须调整农业结构 ,推进农业产业化进程 ,发展外向型农业 ,加大对农业的科技投入 。Yanbian's agriculture and rural economy are confronted with some difficulties including farmers' draggy sales of grain and lower income from their increased grain production. In order to solve these problems and develop Yanbian's agriculture and rural economy, we must adjust its agricultural structure, step up its agricultural industrialization, promote its export-oriented agriculture, invest more in agricultural science and technology,and improve rural water conservancy facilities.
