半夏泻心汤及其拆方对慢性胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜细胞增殖活性的影响

摘　　要：制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型 ,通过增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)等指标 ,对半夏泻心汤进行拆方研究 ,观察其对大鼠慢性胃溃疡的治疗作用 ,以便进一步指导临床实践。实验结果表明 ,半夏泻心汤及其拆方各组均有不同程度的调节胃粘膜细胞增殖作用。拆方各组中 ,部分药组之间呈协同的作用趋势 ,部分药组之间呈制约趋势。综合评价其总体疗效 ,以全方组最佳 ,从而印证了仲景组方的合理性和科学性。In order to guide the clinical application of Banxiaxiexin Decoction (BD), the effects of the whole ingredients and different ingredient goups of BD on the chronic gastric ulcer were studied by observing certain criteria such as the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), in the rats with chronic gastric ulcer. The results showed that both BD whole ingredients and BD different ingredient groups had certain effects of regulating the proliferation of gastric mucosal cells; the effects of the ingredients in some combination of the ingredient groups exhibited a coordinative tendency, and the effects of the ingredients in some other combination of the ingredient groups exhibited an antagonistic tendency; and the BD whole ingredients exhibited better effects than the ingredients in each separate group. The experimental results verified the rationality and showed the scientific features, of BD formulation by Dr. Zhang Zhongjing.
