摘 要:为了观察适量运动对糖尿病大鼠肥胖蛋白、胰岛素及血糖的影响 ,以探讨适量运动改善糖尿病大鼠糖代谢紊乱的可能机制。将 40只SD大鼠分为 4组 :糖尿病非运动组、糖尿病运动组、正常非运动组和正常运动组。运动组进行 12周的中等强度的跑步训练。结果显示 :(1)糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度增高 ,血胰岛素及血C肽浓度降低 ;血浆肥胖蛋白水平下降 ,脑组织和脂肪组织中肥胖蛋白水平下降 ;(2 )糖尿病运动组大鼠经 12周跑步训练后 ,血糖浓度下降 ,血胰岛素和C肽浓度升高 ;血浆及脑组织和脂肪组织肥胖蛋白水平相应上升。提示适量运动通过对肥胖蛋白和胰岛素的作用改善糖尿病的能量代谢失衡状态 ,这可能是运动改善糖尿病糖代谢紊乱的机制之一。The effect of exercise on leptin in streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats was investigated. Four group of SD rats (10 in each group) including exercise STZ diabetic group, non exercise STZ diabetic group, exercise normal group and non exercise normal group were used in the study. Exercise groups were treated with treadmill. The results showed that: (1)blood glucose of STZ diabetic rats was higher, serum insulin, C peptide and leptin level were lower than that of normal rats; (2)blood glucose was decreased, and blood insulin and C peptide were increased in exercised STZ diabetic group. The levels of leptin in plasma, brain and adipose tissue were increased in exercise groups. It is concluded that appropriate exercise training may have impacts on insulin and leptin production to correct the abnormal glucose metabolism and energy metabolism in diabetic rats.
