摘　　要：居民的支付意愿如何是影响母婴保健保偿制能否顺利实施的关键性问题。用支付卡形式对 4190名妇女进行的调查结果表明需方愿意参加保偿制 ,绝大多数妇女选择接受产前检查和住院分娩服务 ,而且偏好大的服务包 ,40 .76 %的被调查者选择了包括所有服务项目在内的最大的服务包 ,其支付意愿为 2 6 2 .34元。The willingness to pay is a crucial factor that influences the practice of Maternal and Infant Prepayment Scheme. The results derived from the investigation of 4190 rural women shows that the pregnant women are willing to join MIPS and the majority select prenatal examination and hospital delivery. Furthermore, the women prefer the larger service packages and 40.76 respondents choose the largest service package included all service items whose monetary willingness to pay is 262.34 yuan.
