摘  要:将糖尿病鼠随机分成三组,分别饲以7%,20%和40%的蛋白质饮食一个月,结果发现7%组肾组织内核酸含量及RNA/DNA比率明显降低,而40%组则明显增加。提示蛋白质摄入量可以影响糖尿病大鼠肾组织内核酸的代谢,从而影响肾脏结构和功能。Streptozocin-induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into three groups and fed respectively with diets containing 7%, 20%, 40% protein. Decreased nucleic acid content and RNA/DNA ratio in the kidney were found in diabetic rats fed with low protein diet (7%) as compared with those normal protein (20%). In contrast, nucleic acid content and RNA/DNA ratio were increased in the group of animals fed with 400% protein diet. These results suggest that dietary protein intake may influence nucleic acid metabolism of the kidney in diabetic rats.
