摘 要:将15只切除5/6肾的wistar大鼠分三组(每组5只),分别在尾静脉输注生理盐水,鱼精蛋白(带阳电荷)和输注鱼精蛋白后再输注肝素(带阴电荷)。结果鱼精蛋白使肾小球上皮足突融合。胶体铁染色(colloidal iron staining,CIS)减弱,再输肝素后CIS恢复。另取正常和肾衰大鼠饲以含40%蛋白饲料一周,后改饲含5%蛋白饲料,两组均见CIS改善,尿白蛋白显著减少(P<0.01)。提示肾小球滤膜阴电荷改变是肾衰时蛋白尿形成机理之一,低蛋白饮食有助于改善肾小球电荷选择通透屏障,保护肾功能。Fifteen 5/6 nephrectomized rats were equally divided into 3 groups: group Ⅰ received normal saline injection, group Ⅱ protamine and group Ⅲ protamine followed 20 minutes later by heparin. It was found that injection of protamine resulted in decreased colloidal iron staining (CIS) on the surface of foot processes in rats with remant kidney and injection of heparin resulted in restoration of podocyte morphology and markedly improved CIS. In addition, normal and 5/6 nephrectomized rats (7 in each group) were fed with 40% protein diet for a week and 5% protein diet in the following week. The result showed that a low protein diet reduced albuminuria signifcantly (P<0.01) and tended to reconstruct charge selectivity of glomeruli both in normal controls and 5/6 nephrectomized rats.
