摘  要:介绍了碳还原法加工天青石矿制取高纯度碳酸锶的实验及最佳工艺条件的选择 ;提出了用结晶分离法提纯氢氧化锶而制得高纯度碳酸锶 ;克服了传统的以工业碳酸锶为原料制高纯度碳酸锶的诸多缺点 ;解决了从大量锶中分离钡、钙这一问题 ,同时使工艺流程简化。实验样品经分析测试 :碳酸锶含量大于 99%。Selecting the best technological conditions for manufacturing highly purestrontium carbonate from celestite ore by using carbon reduction method is introduced.The highly pure strontium carbonate com be obtained by refining the strontium hydroxide with the method of crystallization seperating,some shortcomings which exist in the traditional manufacture of highly pure strontium carbonate by using industrial strontium carbonate as raw material are overcome. The difficult problem of seperating barium and calcium from a large amount of strontium is also solved.Meanwhile,this technology is simple and its cost is lower.By testing the samples,the average content of strontium carbonate is more than 99%.
