摘　　要：目的　探讨腰椎关节突关节方向性及对腰椎间盘退变的影响。　方法　完整尸体骨骼标本 18具 ,男性 12具 ,女性 6具。用万能角度尺手工和 CT图像测量腰椎关节突关节角度数值。　结果　从 L1 ～ L5腰椎关节突关节角度值逐渐增大 ,由相对矢状位渐变为相对冠状位。两种方法测量结果用秩和检验无显著性差异。　结论　腰椎关节突关节角从 L1 ～ L5逐渐增大 ,适应了正常人体下腰椎活动度较上腰椎大的需要 。Objective\ To study the effect of lumbar facet joints orientation in development of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.\ Methods\ The angle of lumbar facet joints of 18 cadaver lumbar verteabral bone specimens were measured by hand and on CT scan picture.\ Results\ The angle of lumbar facet joints changed larger gradually from L\-1 to L\-5.\ Conclusion\ Rank sum test shows non\|significant difference in these two data.\ Increasing lumbar facet joints angle was considered to be suitable for larger scope of movement in lower lumbar spine.\ It may be an influencing factor in the development of degeneration of lower lumbar intervertebral disc at early stage.
