摘  要:目的 观察原发性高血压患者红细胞 [Ca2 + ]i,多巴胺 β羟化酶及 ATP含量变化并分析其结果。 方法 测定 35例高血压患者的红细胞 [Ca2 + ]i、ATP、血清多巴胺 β羟化酶活性、血糖及血浆胰岛素含量 ,并以 30例健康成年人为对照。 结果 高血压患者的红细胞 [Ca2 + ]i、ATP、多巴胺 β羟化酶均明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,但血糖与胰岛素未见明显变化。 结论 高血压患者血清多巴胺 β羟化酶活性增强伴随 ATP与 [Ca2 +Objective\ To observe the concentration changes in erythrocytes [Ca\+\{2+\}]i, ATP, and dopamine beta\|hydroxylase activity in patients of primary hypertension.\ Methods\ To measure the levels of erythrocytes [Ca\+\{2+\}], ATP, plasma insulin and serum dopamine beta\|hydroxylase activity in 35 primary hypertension patients and 30 healthy adults as control.\ Resuls\ The levels of erythrocytes [Ca\+\{2+\}], ATP, and dopamine beta\|hydroxylase activity in hypertension were significant higher than those of the control(P<0.05~0.01).\ But the contents of blood glucose and insulin remained unchanged.\ \{Conclusion\}\ The increased serum dopamine beta\|hydroxylase activity associated with increased ATP and [Ca\+\{2+\}]i in hypertension may be the result of sympathetic nervous system hyperfunction.
