摘 要:目的 探讨生殖器念珠菌病 (GC)合并多因素混合感染的机制 ,为其临床治疗提供流行病学依据 .方法 采用超高倍显微镜常规检查法、超高倍显微镜免疫荧光法、解脲支原体 (UU)培养、沙眼衣原体 (CT)金标法、淋球菌 (NG)培养等方法对泌尿生殖道标本进行检查 ,结合临床观察分析 .结果 在 2 5 82例中 ,GC2 1 2例 ,占 8.2 1 % ;而在 2 1 2例伴 GC的泌尿生殖道感染的病例中检出线索细胞 (CC) 48例 ,G-双球菌(或 NG) 1 3例 ,G+ 球菌 6例 ,G+ 杆菌 3 3例 ,G- 短杆菌 48例 ,CT3 7例 ,UU44例 ,滴虫 9例 ;2种或 2种以上的病原菌感染占 84.3 0 % .结论 性传播疾病 (sexually transmitted disease,STD)的混合感染日趋多见 ,多种检查方法对泌尿生殖道标本检测 。AIM To explore the mechanism of genital candidiasis (GC) accompanied by multiple infections so as to provide epidemiological basis for its clinical treatment. METHODS Genitourinary secretions were examined through ordinary microscopy, immunofluorescent microscopy, Ureaplas ma urealyticum (UU) culture, Chlamydia trichomatis (CT) golden standard method and Neisseria gonorrheae (NG) culture, etc, with clinical observation and analysis. RESULTS In 2582 cases, 212 cases of GC (8.21%) were detected. Among these cases of genitourinary infections accompanied by GC, clue cells (CC) were detected in 48 cases, G - diplococci or NG in 13, G + cocci in 6, G + bacilli in 33, G - short bacilli in 48, CT in 37, UU in 44, trichomonas in 9. In 84.30% cases, infection of two or more kinds of pathogens occurred. CONCLUSION Incidence of multiple infection in sexually transmitted disease tends to increase. Precise description of genitourinary infections demands examination of genitourinary samples in various methods.
