恶丙嗪乳胶剂的制备、含量测定及抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :制备恶丙嗪乳胶剂 ,建立其含量测定的方法并对其抗炎作用进行考察。方法 :以卡波姆 - 94 0作为乳胶基质 ,制备恶丙嗪乳胶剂。用紫外分光光度法测定含量。测定波长 (2 87± 1nm) ,以小鼠耳壳致炎实验评价其疗效。结果 :平均回收率为99.5 9% ,RSD为 1.2 6 % ,小鼠耳壳肿胀度为 :1.92± 0 .5 m g。结论 :本制剂制备容易 ,性质稳定 ,测定方法简单、快速。动物实验表明OBJECTIVE:To prepare oxprozion emulsion, establish an UV spectrophotometry for the determination of oxprozion emulsion and observe the anti inflammation effect.METHOD:The oxprozion emulsion with Carbomer 940 as the excipient was determined by an UV spectrophotometry at 287±1nm. The effect was valued by inflammatory trial of mice ear. RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.59%, RSD was 1.26%. The rate of mice ear swelling was 1.92±0.5mg.CONCLUSION:The preparation of oxprozion emulsion was simple and its quality was stable. The determination method was rapid.In animal trials,the results were shown to be highly effective in anti inflammation.
