宫环止血片对置铜宫内节育器家兔子宫匀浆中一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶的影响

摘　　要：探讨宫环止血片治疗铜宫内节育器 (Cu -IUD)所致子宫异常出血的作用机理。用吲哚美辛作对照 ,观察了宫环止血片对置Cu-IUD家兔子宫匀浆液中一氧化氮 (NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活力的影响。结果显示 :宫环止血片能降低置Cu -IUD家兔子宫局部的NO的含量及NOS的活力 ,从而影响子宫螺旋动脉的舒缩功能 ,减少出血。The aim is to explore the mechanism of Gonghuanzhixue Pian treating endometrorrhagia caused by Cu-IUD. In constrast with indomethacin, we investigated the effects of Gonghuanzhixue Pian on the content of NO and activity of the NOS in uterine tissues of Cu-IUD-wearing rabbits. The results show that Gonghuanzhixue Pian can decrease the content of NO and activity of NOS and influence the constrictive function of the spirartery in the uterine of rabbits wearing Cu-IUD The results suggest that endometrorrhagia caused by CuIUD-wearing can be prevented and cured effectively with Gonghuanzhixue Pian.
