摘  要:目的 探讨低压缺氧对哮喘鼠缓解期皮质醇及嗜酸性粒细胞和肿瘤坏死因子的影响。方法 采用卵蛋白致敏和激发制成豚鼠哮喘模型 ,比较正常组、诱发哮喘发作后 2 4h(发作组 )、非低压缺氧处理组哮喘豚鼠 (对照组 )以及低压缺氧处理哮喘豚鼠 (治疗组 )的血浆皮质醇、支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)。结果 ①皮质醇水平发作组较正常组明显升高 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组较正常组明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,低压缺氧组较对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,与正常组差异不显著(P >0 .0 5 )。②BALF中EOS :发作组较正常组明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,低压缺氧组较对照组明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,低压缺氧组与正常组无显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。③BALF中肿瘤坏死因子 :发作组较正常组显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组较正常组明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,低压缺氧组与对照组差异无显著性。结论 低压缺氧治疗哮喘豚鼠后血浆皮质醇水平升高 ,BALF中EOS数目减少 ,TNF在哮喘发病过程中有显著的变化 ,而低压缺氧处理后无显著的变化。皮质醇水平升高和EOS数目减少可能是低压缺氧治疗哮喘的机制。Objective To explore the effects of hypobaric hypoxia on cortisol, eosinophils and TNF in asthmatic guinea pigs during remission stage. Methods After the model of asthma was established by ovalbumin(OA) challenge in OA sensitized guinea pig, animals were randomized into the asthmatic group(AG), non hypobaric group(NHHG), hypobaric hypoxia group (HHG) and normal group(NG). Levels of plasma cortisol, number of eosinophils(EOS) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were determined. Results ①The level of plasma cortisol was significantly lower in NHHG than in HHG ( P <0.01).②The number of EOS was highest in AG and was significantly lower in HHG than in NHHG ( P <0.05) ③The level of TNF in BALF was higher in AG,but in HHG it was no significant difference with NHHG. Conclusion After dealing with hypobaric hypoxia , the level of plasma cortisol, the number of EOS in BALF decrease markedly and TNF increase significantly in asthmatic animals.
