摘  要:目的 研究维生素 A,E(Vit.A,E)及其联合作用对梭曼中毒大鼠的全血和肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的影响 ,探讨抗氧化剂 Vit.A,E对梭曼中毒过氧化损伤的保护作用 .方法 雄性大鼠 50只 ,随机分为阴性组、阳性组、Vit.A组、Vit.E组和联合组 .阴性组和阳性组每日 ig5m L· kg-1的油 ;Vit.A组每日 ig2m L· kg-1的 Vit.A;Vit.E组每日 ig 2 5 m L· kg-1的 Vit.E;联合组以上各试剂剂量减半 ,共 ig 1 0 d.第 1 1日除阴性组外其余各组大鼠均 sc 0 .9LD50 梭曼 ,2 h后取样 ,测定各组全血和肝组织的 GSH- Px和 CAT活性 .结果 梭曼中毒 2 h后 ,肝组织 GSH- Px活性降低 .提前给大鼠 Vit.A,E及其联合 ,均可提高全血和肝组织 GSH- Px和 CAT活性 .结论 Vit.A,E对梭曼中毒大鼠过氧化损伤具有保护作用 ,提示Vit.A。AIM To study glutathion peroxidate (GSH Px) and catalase (CAT) activity of blood and liver in rat injected by Soman and discuss effect of antioxidation of Vit. A, E against free radical injury induced by Soman. METHODS Fifty male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, negative group, positive group, Vit. A group, Vit. E group and compound group. Rats in negative and positive group were per fused with 5 mL·kg -1 oil from mouth per day; Rats in Vit. A group received 2 mL·kg -1 Vit. A as above; Rats in Vit. E group received 25 mL·kg -1 Vit. E as first; Dose of compound group was 1 mL·kg -1 Vit. A and 12.5 mL·kg -1 Vit. E. After 10 d, rats in other groups were given 0.9 LD 50 Soman from hypodemic injection except negative group. After 2 h, we did sampling from death rats. GSH Px and CAT activity of blood and liver were determined. RESULTS GSH Px activity of liver in toxicant rat injected by Soman decreased after 2 h. GSH Px and CAT activity of blood and liver increased in Vit. A, Vit. E, Vit. A and Vit. E group. CONCLUSION There is a significantly antioxidative effect of Vit. A and Vit. E against free radical injury induced by Soman in rat. It is suggested that Vit. A and Vit. E are of protective effect against free radical injury induced by Soman in rat.
