西南4省市51家医院1999年～2000年处方药与非处方药应用分析

摘　　要：目的：分析医院处方药与非处方药用药现状和趋势，作出客观评估。方法；调查西南４省市５１家医院１９９９年－２０００年处方药与非处方药用药金额、主要品种等，分析临床应用情况。结果：对上报数据完整的医院进行统计，处方药与非处方药用药金额２０００年比 １９９９年分别增长５５％和３２％；２０００年和１９９９年非处方药为处方药金额的２．１８％和 ２．５６％。结论：处方药与非处方药用药金额均快速增长，但与处方药金额比较，非处方药金额很少。OBJECTIVE: To survey and objectively evaluate the present situation and trend of the usages of the prescription drugs and over the counter( OTC) drugs. METHODS: To make a survey of the usage for above - mentioned drugs in 51 hospitals of 4 provinces in southwest China during the period 1999- 2000 concerning the sum of money for drugs, main kinds of drugs etc. . RESULTS: The sum of money for the prescription drugs and OTC drugs increased 55% and 33% in 2000 compared with those in 1999, respectively.The sums of money for OTC drugs accounted for 2.18% and 2.56% of those of the prescription drugs in 2000 and in 1999,respectively.CONCLUSION:The sums of money for the prescription drugs and OTC drugs increased rapidly ,but total sale of OTC drugs was very low compared with that of the prescription drugs.
