摘 要:目的:解决复方大黄口服液的澄明度问题。方法:通过成分或工序的改变,对影响复方大黄口服液澄明度的因素进行分析,根据稳定性加速实验的结果,优选使复方大黄口服液澄明的最佳工艺条件.结果:pH值是影响澄明度的主要因素,在配置过程中控制pH至 6.7~7.0,能解决复方大黄 口服液的澄明度问题。结论:所确定的新工艺质量稳定。OBJECTIVE: To solve the transparency problem of the compound rhubarb oral liquid. METHODS: To analyse the factors affecting the transparency of the compound rhubarb oral liquid through the way of changing the contents or the prepa- ration process. Thereby to optimize the technic conditions for the transparency of the compound rhubarb oral liquid on the basis of the stability acceleratory experiment. RESULTS:The pH value was the main factor affecting the transparency. The problem of transparency of the compound rhubarb oral liquid could be well settled provided we control the pH value from 6. 7 to 7. 0 in the process of preparation. CONCLUSION:The established new technology is stable in quality.
