九香接骨丹促进骨折愈合的动物实验

摘　　要：为探讨九香接骨丹促进骨折愈合的机理 ,给临床应用提供可靠依据。取健康雄性 L abrador犬 18只 ,造成右胫骨中段3mm缺损骨折模型。将模犬随机分为九香接骨丹组、七厘散组和模型对照组。术后连续灌胃给药 14天 ,并进行下列观察 :1一般行为表现 ;2 X线片分析 ;3伤肢墨汁灌注观察 ;4大体标本骨折愈合情况比较 ;5组织学观察。结果显示九香接骨丹组与模型对照组有比较显著的差异 ,说明了九香接骨丹能促进骨折早期愈合 ,并且其作用优于七厘散组。表明九香接骨丹具有消炎、镇痛、改善微循环 。To explore the mechanisms of Aspongopus Jiegudan on promoting union and to provide reliable direction for clinical application, fracture models with 3mm middle tibial defects on right sides were made in eighteen healthy male Labrador dogs. And the models were randomly divided into 3 groups: Aspongopus Jiegudan group, Qilisan group, model control group. Then they were treated by Aspongopus Jiegudan, Qilisan,solvent respectively 14 days after operation, and were made the following observation: ① general behavior; ② roentgenogram analysis; ③ observation of the injured limbs made perfusion by prepared Chinese ink; ④ the comparison of the union in gross specimen; ⑤ histomorphological observation. The results showed that there was significant difference between the Aspongopus Jiegudan group and model-control group, and Aspongopus Jiegudan could improve the union in early stage, the therapeutic effect of Aspongopus Jiegudan was better than that of Qilisan. Therefore Aspongopus Jiegudan has the benefits of anti inflammation, analgesia, improving the microcirculation, promoting the blood circulation in injured region and the union in early stage.
