摘 要:目的 :探讨高温环境对乳汁分泌的影响。方法 :Wistar大鼠分娩后随机分6组。①实验 (高温 )组。②对照 (基础气象 )组。③高温耐力组。④对照耐力组。⑤高温乳鼠组。⑥对照乳鼠组。结果 :微循环变化 :微血管管径高温组较对照组增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;微血管密度高温组较对照组无差异 (P >0 . 0 5 ) ;流态高温组为粒流、粒缓流、虚线状 ,对照组为线流 ;高温组有红细胞聚集 ,偶见白色微检。耐力实验二组有差异 (P <0 . 0 5 )。乳鼠体重 :出生 0h二组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2 4h二组有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;4 8、 72h二组均有明显差异 (P <0 . 0 5 )。结论 :在 35℃± 1℃环境中分娩鼠可因为微循环障碍、气力不足 。Objective: To explore the effects of hyperthermic environment on lactation.Method: (1)Grouping:Wister rats of post partus were randomized into six groups:Group A,the hyperthermic group which were subjected to a high temperature environment(35 ℃)for 6 h;Group B,the control group which were subjected to a basal environment(25 ℃)for 6 h;Group C,the hyperthermic endurance group which were subjected to the same condition as Group A;Group D,the endurance control group where were subjected to the same condition as Group B;Group E,The hyperthermic lactation group where the mother rats of post partus and the lactating offspring were exposed respectively to the high temperature and the basal temperature,and after lactation they were kept in the same cage at the basal temperature for 6 h;Group F,the lactation control group where the mother rats and the lactating offsping were exposed to the basal temperature and after lactation they were kept in different cages for 6 h.Results: ①Change in microcirculation:The micrangium caliber of the rats exposed to high temperature was bigger than that of the control,the difference being statistically significant( P<0.05 );there was no significant difference in micrangium density( P>0.05 );the status of blood flow of the experimental group showed granuliform flow, granular slow flow and dotted flow,slower than the control group;aggregation of red blood cells and white microthrombus were occasionally seen in the experimental group;②Endurance experiment:there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group( P<0.05 ).Body weight of lactating rats:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control( P>0.05 ),though significant difference was observed at the age of 24 h( P<0.05 ),and at 48 and 72 h ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion: Hyperthermic environment may contribute to microcirculation disorders of the breasts in post partus rats,resulting in the depletion of basal materials of lactation.
