摘　　要：主要阐述了基于PLC对网版生产线进行电气改造的自动控制系统的系统设计 ,介绍了系统的基本组成 ,分析了PLC程序设计中的几个典型问题 .该控制系统不仅实现对设备进行监测 ,还能对设备进行分散控制和集中管理 ;既满足了工艺对控制系统的要求 。An PLC based automatic control system for halftone production line is designed to reform the eletrical system in the line.The system design and system structure are described. Several typical problems in PLC programming are analyzed. The control system not only monitors the equipments but also achieves distributed control and concentrated management. The system satisfies various control requirements and reaches the aims of good coordination and energy saving.
