关于等螺距铣刀设计制造原理及相关模型研究

摘　　要：给出了在给定特种回转铣刀回转角速度的前提下 ,加工等螺距螺旋沟槽的径向进给速度公式 ,进而给出相应螺旋刃口的设计的通用公式和轴向进给公式 ,为加工回转铣刀提供了参考 ,还将这些通式应用到多种具体回转面刀具之中 。Under the condition that the rotational angular velocity is given, the speed equation of radial feed in machining constant pitch screw groove is presented in this paper. And the general model and the axial feed equation of screw cutting edge design are also provided. This paper offers reference for machining revolving cutter. These equations have been applied to several special revolving cutters, so that this paper can be used as reference for designing revolving cutter with this kind of groove.
