摘  要:论述了用三种炉衬坩埚熔炼制备颗粒增强TiCP/Fe复合材料的试验方法,并对不同炉衬材料熔炼制备的复合材料的组织进行金相观察,对其力学性能进行测试.结果表明:采用石英砂炉衬坩埚熔炼制备的复合材料基体组织中杂质较多,力学性能低;采用石墨炉衬坩埚熔炼制备的复合材料的基体组织中有片状石墨析出,力学性能较差;采用镁砂炉衬坩埚熔炼制备的复合材料基体组织均匀,TiC颗粒弥散分布,力学性能较好.Composites enhanced by TiCp/Fe were made by melting with three kinds of furnace liner materials. Microstructures of the composites made by melting with different furnace liners were analyzed and their mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that there were many impurities in the composite melted by quartz furnace liner and the mechanical properties were lowness. There plain graphite appeared in the composite melted by graphite furnace liner and the mechanical properties were so bad. The matrix microstructure of composite melted by magnesium sand werehomogeneous and TiC particles were well-distributed and the mechanical properties were good.
