摘 要:研究了稀土元素对工业纯铝晶粒度的影响.稀土元素采用中间合金形式加入,利用金属学和合金凝固理论,并在MAGSCANZA型图像分析仪上测其晶粒度,结果证明:稀土 、镧和混合稀土都能减小工业纯铝的晶粒尺寸,且这种作用在含稀土质量分数小于0.6%时明显,超过此范围,则趋于平缓.The effects of rare earth Ce, La and M-Re on grain size of industrial pure aluminum were mainly investigated in this work. Rare earth elements were added as middle - alloy. By means of metallurgy and solidification theory, grain size of samples was measured by MAGISCANZA image analysis. The results showed that rare earth Ce, La and M-Re were able to reduce grain size of industrial pure aluminum. The effect was obvious when the adding quantity of rare earth was less than 0.6%. The effect of rare earth on grain size would be slight when adding quantity of rare earth was more than 0.6%.
