摘  要:[目的 ]探讨低磁场磁共振成像对颅脑多发性硬化症的诊断作用 .[方法 ]用SIEMENS 0 .2TMagnetomOpenViva磁共振成像仪 ,对 2 1例多发性硬化症病人进行自旋回波 (SE)序列T1 WI及T2 WI ,对 4例行磁共振增强扫描 .[结果 ]多发性硬化症斑块多发生于侧脑室体部旁和大脑半球半卵圆中心 ,胼胝体和脑干也是好发部位 .在自旋回波序列中 ,T2 WI对多发性硬化症的敏感性高于T1 WI.[结论 ]不管磁场大小 ,磁共振成像对诊断多发性硬化症是有效的方法 .T1 WI和T2OBJECTIVE To investigate the function of low magnetic field magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosis of multiple sclerosis on brain. METHODS Using SIEMENS 0.2T Magnetom Open Viva, 21 cases of multiple sclerosis patients were scanned with T 1-WI and T 2-WI of spin echo series and 4 cases were performed magnetic resonance enhancement by using magnevist. RESULTS Multiple sclerosis plaques located in the periventricular area, central of cerebral hemisphere and also at the corpus callosum and brain stem. The sensitivity of T 2-WI was highter than that of T 1-WI in spin echo series. CONCLUSION Magnetic resonance imaging is an effective method for diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in despite of the size of magnetic field. To cooperate the T 1-WI with T 2-WI is a valuable for evaluating new and old multiple sclerosis plaque.
