摘　　要：目的:探讨弹性酶对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法:将60名糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组,一组口服弹性酶、一组口服安慰剂,余治疗相同。结果:弹性酶组糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白明显减少,而安慰剂组则无明显改变。结论:弹性酶是治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的理想药物。Objective: To investigate the effects of elastase on urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty cases with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received elastase. The control group received placebo. The original antihyperglycemic therapies were identical. Results: Urinary protein in the treatment group decreased obviously. These changes were not observed in the control group. Conclusion: Elastase is an ideal drug in treating urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
