摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿眼底出血的临床表现并对其相关因素进行分析,观察其对视功能的影响。方法:对200例新生儿在生后72小时内作眼底检查。结果:检出新生儿视网膜出血33例38只眼,其发生原因与分娩方式、孕母患病及胎儿宫内窘迫有关。结论:黄斑出血是引起视力低下的主因。Objective: To explore the clinical significance and relative factors of retinal hemorrhage in newborn, and to evaluate its effects on visual function. Methods: The ocular fundus was examined in 200 newborns 72 hours after born. Results: Retinal hemorrhages which were relative to delivery mode, illness during pregnancy, and fetal distress were found in 38 eyes of 33 newborns. Conclusion: Macular hemorrhage is the main reason in vision decrease in newborn.
