摘　　要：介绍了国外某些发达国家在电子信息资源的开发与利用方面的具体做法与经验 ,提出了立足我国国情 ,借鉴利国经验 。This paper introduces the concrete practices and experiences of some foreign developed countries in aspect of developing and utilizing electronic information resources,and puts forward some suggestions of establishing an environment fitting in with the development and utilization of Chineseelectronic information resources based on China's actual conditions and by using the experiences of other countries for reference.
