摘　　要：在塑料模具设计中 ,设计一种延时脱开机构将机床动力由动模传递给定模 ,使定模顶出机构工作 ;在侧抽芯机构中设计出一种顶出机构 ,改善塑件的成型质量 ,防止塑件脱模时的变形。In the design of the plastic mould, a latch_lock mechanism was designed to transfer the machine driving force from the moving half to the fixed half to make the ejection system of the fixed half work. An ejection system was designed in the side core_pulling mechanism to improve the moulding quality and avoid deformation of the plastic part during demoulding.
