摘 要:[目的 ]探讨混苯对作业人员血压的影响 ,以保护混苯作业人员身体健康 ,提高防护的有效性。 [方法 ]选择接触混苯的作业工人 13 3名 (男 10 3名 ,女 3 0名 )作为接触组 ,另选择 169名 (男 97名 ,女 72名 )无尘毒接触史的工人作为对照组。测定工人血压、身高体重等 ,用统一的调查表询问饮食习惯、生活习惯等项目 ,并测定作业环境中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度 ,对所得数据进行单因素方差分析和多元逐步回归分析。 [结果 ]接触组高血压检出率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。单因素方差分析结果表明 ,接触组的收缩压低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而舒张压均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,多元逐步回归的结果显示接触苯的浓度是导致血压升高的主要影响因素之一。 [结论 ]长期接触混苯可能导致舒张压升高 ,因而对该作业人群应定期检测血压 。To investigate the effect of benzene,toluene and xylene on blood pressure and protect the workers health,and improve effective prevention. 133 painters and 169 workers non exposed to poison were examined as subject. Customs of food and life were asked with same questionary. Routinely medical examinations including height and weight and blood pressure were carried out. These data were analyzed with analysis of variance and stepwise regression. The distribution of abnormal blood pressure in two groups was different ( P <0 05). The result of analysis of variance indicated that systolic blood pressure was lower in exposure group than that in controe group,but diastolic blood pressure was inverse. The results of analysis of stepwise regression suggested that benzene concentration was the major influencing factor of blood pressure. [Conclusion] Exposure to benzene,toluene and xylene for long time can induce elevation of diastolic blood pressure.
