摘  要:对直流调速双辊牵引式铸铁水平连铸生产过程中的拉拔牵引工艺进行了分析研究。指出 ,该牵引系统的机械惯性会对连铸生产带来极为不利的影响。在此基础上 ,针对实际生产问题采取了急停工艺措施 ,开发了一套急停电控装置 ,生产试验表明 ,采取此项工艺措施可以去除机械惯性带来的影响 。The drawing technics that iron continuous casting adopting method of direct current timing motor dragging has heen analyzed.The theory analyzing has indicated that it can bring about some disadvantage influence because of the whole drawing system's mechanical inertia.Base on this,the sharp stop technics measure has been adopted to deal with practical problem and a set of sharp stop control unit has been developed.The application result demonstrated that this technics measure not only can get rid of this bad effect,but also be benefit to increase the productivity.
