摘  要:研究特征扫描 (F扫描 )声成象检测技术 ,研制了国内首套复合材料F扫描声成象检测系统。该系统可以准确、快速提取复合材料中分层、夹杂、气孔和裂纹等缺陷的特征参数 ,对检测结果进行多种形式 (C ,B ,F扫描等 )扫描成象 ,通过适当的判定条件 ,可实现缺陷的判断和识别。本系统的数据采集处理和图象显示及分析软件基于Windows98 WindowsNT平台编写 ,具有界面友好。F scan acoustic imaging testing technology was studied. The first set of F scan acoustic imaging testing system for composite material in China was developed. The feature parameters of defects such as porosity, delamination, inclusion and crack could be extracted accurately and swiftly with the system. Testing results could be displayed by various imaging modes (C scan, B scan or F scan). Defects could be identified by setting proper decision conditions. The software for data acquiring and processing, as well as image displaying and analysis in the system based on the Windows 98/ Windows NT platform was designed with friendly interface and simple operation.
