摘  要:磁粉探伤灵敏度取决于工件表面和近表面磁感应强度的峰值B′m ,而电磁轭提升力F与Bm,B的波形相关系数K及铁心截面积S等均有关 ,Bm 与B′m 、电磁轭磁极间距L和磁化电流频率v等有关。因此 ,若视F为B′m 的单值函数 ,从而用F来反映磁粉探伤灵敏度 ,将影响探伤结果的可靠性。目前 。Magnetic particle inspection sensitivity is determined by the peak of the magnetic induction intensity B′ m in the surface and subsurface of a workpiece, while the lifting power of electromagnetic yoke F is related to B m, K (the waveform coefficient of B) and the cross sectional area of an iron core and B m is related to B′ m, the distance between the poles of a yoke L and the fequency of the electric current v, etc. Therefore, regarding F as the single valued function of B′ m and using F to reflect magnetic particle inspection sensitivity will influence the reliability of the inspection. Test piece is more appropriate for the sensitivity.
