摘　　要：介绍了统计指数体系在企业经营管理工作中的具体运用,通过它可对企业的经营管理水平作出定量的分析和评价,从而使企业在经营管理中进一步明确工作重点和主攻方向。Application of the product cost index system to enterprise operation man agement is described.With the said index system,quantitative analysis and assessment of an enterpris e' operation management level can be ma de,which makes the enterprise in a position to identify the critical areas and obje ctives of its operation management.
