1023中药合剂促进溃疡愈合的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨 10 2 3中药合剂促进溃疡愈合的功效。寻找一种用于治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡 (RAU )的新药。方法　在致癌和阻癌动物实验中 ,观察 10 2 3对活检伤口的促愈合作用 ;在临床上观察 10 2 3治疗RAU和创伤性溃疡的疗效。结果　动物实验结果表明 10 2 3用药组可使伤口感染率下降 ,伤口愈合率平均提前 1.4天 (P <0 .0 1)。在临床观察中发现 10 2 3与左旋咪唑疗效相似 ,可以使溃疡期缩短 ,疼痛天数减少 ,间隙周期延长。还可使创伤性溃疡愈合加快。结论　 10 2 3有促进溃疡愈合之功效 。Objective To find a new agent to treat RAU by observing 1023 co agent’s role in ulcer healing.Methods Observing 1023 co agent’s role in wound healing in cancer induced and cancer block animal experiment, and its’ effect in treating RAU and traumetic ulcers in clinical.Results 1023 co agent can decreased the incidence of wound infection,and the wound healing period were shorted by 1.4 days( P < 0.01 ).In clinical,1023 co agent can act the same role as Levamisolum shorten ulcer period,reduce painful days and longen interval period.Conclusion 1023 co agent can promote ulcer healing,can be used as a new adjunctive medicine in ulcer disease.
