复方三七口服液治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价复方三七口服液对气虚血瘀型冠心病的治疗效果。方法 :以复方三七口服液治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病 30例 ,并设单硝酸异山梨酯 2 0例 ,观察治疗前后临床症状计分、血脂、血液流变学等指标变化。结果 :心绞痛治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,中医症状改善总有效率 96.7% ,心电图总有效率 5 3.3% ,对照组分别为 95 %、90 %、5 5 %。治疗组在缓解症状改善血液流变学指标方面明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of San Qi preparation on the coronary heart disease cases with weakness of Qi.Methods:30 coronary heart disease cases with weakness of Qi were treated with San Qi preparation while another 20 cases were treated with isosorbide dinitrate followed by observing the clinical scores of signs and symptoms, serum lipid level, hemorheologic indices. Results:In the San Qi preparation group, the total effective rate was 90%, sign and symptom improvement was 96.7% and ECG improvement was 53.3%; while in the control they were 95%,90% and 55% respectively. The changes of serum lipid level, hemorheologic indices in San Qi group were better than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusions:San Qi preparation was effective in treating cases with weakness of Qi and blood stasis signs.
