单耳外耳道阻塞对声音定位能力的影响及其心理行为评估

摘　　要：目的　在单侧外耳道阻塞后 ,测试近期内对人的声音定位能力的影响以及与听觉有关的行为评估 ,进一步论证人类听觉的可塑性。方法　利用自己设计的声音定位测试计算机平台和辅助电路设备 ,在隔声消声室内对 10名年青医学生进行耳塞前后声音定位的测试和心理行为自我评估。结果　随着时间的推移 ,单侧外耳道阻塞后的水平方向声音定位能力在 1周内逐渐改善并恢复正常 ,对心理行为的影响也不明显。结论　单侧外耳道阻塞对人的声音定位能力几乎没有影响 ,说明人的听觉有很好的可塑性或者适应性 ,其中也许还有其它神经系统参与这种调节。Objective To test the sound localization of volunteers with earplug in one side ear, and evaluate their psychological behavior related to auditory function. Methods Through the hearing testing computer system and assistant electric equipment which were designed by ourselves, 10 young medical students who have absolute normal hearing were tested in a double-walled, double-floored, sound-attenuation room, meanwhile let them give their feeling with numeral value base on normal condition about earplug during testing days. Results In one week, unilateral earplug has no more effect on sound localization and hearing behavior. The subjects would have recovered gradually to normal auditory function from unilateral earplug. Conclusion This suggests that people's auditory system has good plasticity or suitability. It may have other neural system to regulate this plasticity.
