胃舒胶囊对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨胃舒胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)癌前病变的机制。方法 :采用甲硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)、雷尼替丁及饥饱失常的综合方法 ,造成大鼠 CAG癌前病变气虚血瘀病证结合的动物模型。 12 5只大鼠随机分为 8组 :正常对照预防与治疗组、模型组、自然恢复组、维甲酸预防与治疗组、胃舒胶囊预防与治疗组 ,观察各组大鼠血液红细胞 (RBC)免疫功能的变化。结果 :模型组及自然恢复组大鼠 RBC- C3b受体花环率降低 ,RBC免疫复合物 (BRC- IC)花环率增高 ,胃舒胶囊预防与治疗组、维甲酸预防与治疗组以上指标均有改善 ,但胃舒胶囊对RBC- IC花环率的降低作用好于维甲酸 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃舒胶囊能显著改善和调节 RBC免疫功能 ,清除体内免疫复合物 ,这可能是胃舒胶囊防治大鼠s Objective:To explore the mechanism of Weishu Capsule(WSC) for treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:Combining with N methyl N nitro N nitrosoguanidine(MNNG),Ranitidine and abnormal ingestion methods,the model of precancerous lesions of CAG in rats were made,in which the syndromes of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis were involved.125 rats were divided into 8 groups randomly:normal control group prevention group and treatment group,model group,natural recovery group,Retinoic acid(RA) prevention group,RA treatment group,WSC prevention group,WSC treatment group.The red cell immune functions had been observed in all groups.Results:RatsRBC C3b receptor rosette rate decreased and RBC IC rosette rate increased in model group and natural recovery group significantly.Compared with model group and natural recovery group,either WSC group or RA group was improvement,but the WSC group had better effect in decreasing RBC IC rosette rate than RA group(P< 0 05 ).Conclusion:WSC can improve and regulate the red cell immune functions,eliminate the immune complex of the body,it may be one of the mechanism of WSC in preventing and treating precancerous lesions of CAG.
