摘　　要：目的 :研究红霉素 β CD阴道栓的制备及临床疗效。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法对红霉素栓剂含量进行测定。结果 :该栓剂质量标准能够控制本品质量 ,含量测定的回收率为 10 2 .2 7% ,RSD为 1.2 %。治疗妇女阴道支原体、衣原体感染的治愈率为 86 .5 %。结论 :红霉素βObjective:To prepare vagina suppository of erythromycin β CD inclusion complex and observe its application.Methods:UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of erythromycin in the suppository.Results:The quality standard was reliable with a recovery rate of 102.27% and a RSD of 1.2%.The cure rate was 86.5% in the treatment of mycoplasm and chlamydia vagina infection of women.Conclusions:Vagina suppository of erythromycin β CD inclusion complex has the good pharmacokinetics characteristic and clinic curative effect.
