国产盐酸塞利洛尔治疗高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察 2种国产盐酸塞利洛尔片对原发性高血压病的疗效及安全性。方法 :按多中心、随机、双盲、阳性药物对照试验设计 ,选择原发性高血压患者 2 19例 ,其中试验组 (服用浙江海正药业股份有限公司研制的盐酸塞利洛尔片 ) 10 9例 ,对照组 (服用西南合成制药股份有限公司生产的盐酸塞利洛尔片 ) 110例。药物剂量为10 0～ 30 0mg ,qd ,疗程为 6周 ,其中试验组有 2 4例患者完成动态血压监测 (ABPM )。 结果 :试验组总有效率为80 .7% ,服药 6周后平均收缩压 (SBP)及舒张压 (DBP)分别下降 1.86及 1.44kPa。 2 4hABPM显示 :试验组用药后总血压负荷明显减少 ,各时点血压均明显下降 ,谷 /峰比值大于 5 0 %。对照组总有效率为 80 .0 % ,服药 6周后SBP及DBP分别下降 2 .0 2及 1.49kPa。 2组总有效率无显著差别 ,不良反应均较少。结论 :2种国产盐酸塞利洛尔片均为安全有效的抗高血压药物。Objective:To observe the effect and safety of two kinds of domestic celiprolol hydrochloride in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:219 patients with mild or moderate essential hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group.A dose of 100～300mg·d -1 of two kinds of celiprolol was continued for 6 weeks in a multicenter,randomized,double blind,positive medcine control trial design.Results:Total effective rate was 80.7% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group. SBP and DBP reductions in treatment group were 1.86kPa and 1.44kPa, and in control group were 2.02kPa and 1.49kPa. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups. 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitory(ABPM) was used in 24 cases in treatment group. The blood pressure load, mean SBP and DBP in daytime and night were significantly lower than pretreatment level.The T / P ratios of SBP and DBP were both above 50%. Conclusion:The two kinds of domestic celiprolol are effective and well tolerated in treating essential hypertension.
