西部地区实现产业结构调整的思考

摘　　要：西部地区在接替东部地区已经或者即将淘汰的劳动密集型和资本密集型的产业过程中 ,必须坚持“有所要 ,有所不要”的原则 ;工业化、知识化、信息化、服务化、高科技化和绿色化是未来西部地区产业结构调整与升级的必然选择。The west region must adhore to the principle of 'what to want and what not to want' when it takes over the dense-labour and dense-capital industries which have been eliminated or will be eliminated by the east. The tourism of the west region should be placed as the mainstay of the third industry. Industrialization, knowledgelization, informationalization, servicelization, high-technicalization and greenization are the necessary choices for the adjustment and upgrade of the industry of the west region in the future.
